Proactive health intelligence

Annual physicals don't paint a complete picture. Circle is built for earlier detection and supported prevention.

Diagnostic testing at Circle

Biomarker testing is the foundation of longevity. Our panels show you how your systems are functioning, how they interact, and how those patterns change over time. An ongoing view of your health helps you can act early and prevent issues before they start.

Our approach

The Circle approach to testing

We test what matters

Testing is never ordered in isolation or as part of a checklist. We only test what will actually guide your care and impact your real life.

We look for patterns, not flags

We examine all results, optimal and sub-optimal, alongside other markers, symptoms, and trends to understand whether they're meaningful.

We pay attention to trends

Single data points don't tell your whole health story. The real insights appear in tracking health changes over time.

We interpret everything in context

Age, lifestyle, medications, stress, sleep, and goals matter just as much as biomarkers. Your results account for your whole health.

Every test comes with guidance

Your results don't arrive as raw numbers. Every test includes a physician review so you understand what your biomarkers mean, what's changed, and what to do next.

  • Clinician interpretation by a physician
  • Clear explanation of what matters most for you
  • Recommended areas for improvement
  • Actionable next steps, if applicable
  • Results added to your health record and Circle dashboard

Foundational biomarker testing

The Core biomarker panel establishes a baseline understanding of your overall health, including inflammation, metabolism, cardiovascular risk, nutrient status, and organ function.

This panel is designed to:

  • Detect early changes before symptoms escalate
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Establish a clear view of your health over time

Biomarkers included in this panel

This panel tests 60+ core biomarkers. Any sub-optimal markers are re-tested semi-annually.

  • Sexual health routine screening

    Chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV 1 & 2 antigen-antibody, syphilis

  • Biological age

Estimated age of your body at the cellular level

  • Cardiovascular age + risk

Cardiovascular risk context derived from validated clinical models and interpreted alongside other biomarker data

  • Trend tracking

Longitudinal tracking of key markers over time, with clinician-led interpretation and plan refinement

Expanded biomarker panel

$[price TBD] per panel.

Expanded biomarker panels examine hormonal balance, cardiometabolic risk, and longevity-relevant markers for those seeking deeper insight.

These panels are used strategically when the additional information will purposefully guide care.
